1. How do I forward leads from my vendor?
Tell your lead vendor to send leads to your unique forwarding address (shown in Settings > Notifications). Or set up a mail forwarding rule in your email client. Each lead is validated and graded automatically, then appears in your dashboard once the pipeline finishes.
2. What do the lead grades mean?
Grades reflect how real and reachable the person behind the lead is — set by a deterministic scoring engine on fixed score bands, not by the vendor's data quality.
Grade A (score 85+) = a real, reachable person with the strongest verification signals. Verdict: Call now.
Grade B (70+) = a real, reachable person with strong signals. Verdict: Call now.
Grade C (50+) = likely reachable, with a gap or two worth verifying first. Verdict: Call & verify.
Grade D (30+) = weak signals; likely not worth the dial. Verdict: Skip.
Grade F (below 30) = unreachable, unverifiable, or carrying a fraud/risk flag. Verdict: Skip.
3. How many credits does each lead use?
Every A, B, or C-grade lead costs 1 credit. D and F leads (likely dead or confirmed unreachable) cost only 1/4 credit — you pay less for leads that can't be fully validated. Credits never expire.
4. How do I add team members?
Go to Settings > Users > Create User. Choose their role (Tenant Admin or Producer). The user receives a WorkOS invitation email — they click the link, sign in with Google or set a password, and they're in the right organization automatically.
5. How do I sign in to Lead Validator Pro?
Click Sign in in the top-right of any page. You'll be redirected to our hosted sign-in page (powered by WorkOS AuthKit) where you can sign in with your email and password OR click Continue with Google.
6. How do I reset my password?
From the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?. Enter your account email and you'll receive a secure reset link from our identity provider (WorkOS). The link expires in 1 hour. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
If you signed in using Google, your password isn't managed by Lead Validator Pro — change it directly at myaccount.google.com and the change takes effect the next time you sign in.
You can also change your password from inside the app: click your avatar (top-right) → Change Password. We'll email a reset link to your account address.
7. Can I sign in with Google or Microsoft?
Yes for Google — click Continue with Google on the sign-in page. You'll see a Google consent screen showing "Continue to Lead Validator Pro" and after you approve, you're signed in. Your password (if any) is managed entirely at Google.
Microsoft sign-in isn't enabled yet. If you need it for your team, contact support@leadvalidatorpro.com.
8. What if my admin needs to reset my password?
For accounts signed up with email + password: your tenant admin opens Settings → Users, clicks the lock icon next to your name, and confirms. You'll receive a WorkOS reset link by email (same link the self-service flow uses) and choose your own new password — admins can never see or set your password directly.
For accounts signed up with Google: the admin can't reset your password from inside Lead Validator Pro — Google owns the credential. They'll be told to direct you to myaccount.google.com.
9. What data sources do you check?
We validate across a 14-check pipeline (11 active) including identity verification, phone connectivity (live line, type, carrier), email deliverability, property records, and risk/fraud screening. AI then writes a plain-English explanation of each grade — it doesn't set the grade; that's done by a deterministic rules engine. We use multiple premium data sources — details in our Privacy Policy.
10. How do I export my leads?
On the Leads tab, select the leads you want (or Select All), then click Export CSV. You can also download individual lead reports as PDF from the lead detail page.
11. What is multi-factor authentication (MFA)?
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enforced at the organization level by our identity provider (WorkOS). When your tenant admin turns on MFA in WorkOS, you'll be prompted to enroll an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.) on your next sign-in. MFA adds a second layer beyond your password — protecting your account even if your password is compromised.
12. How do I set up email forwarding?
Your unique forwarding address is shown during onboarding and in Settings > Notifications. Copy it, then either give it to your lead vendor directly or set up an auto-forward rule in Gmail/Outlook.
13. What happens after I use my demo credits?
The demo includes 10 credits and has no expiration clock. After using them, choose a paid plan to keep validating. Starter, Pro, Agency, and Enterprise include the complete application and CRM. Starter, Pro, and Agency differ only by credit volume and price; Enterprise credit volume, price, and commercial terms are custom. Your existing data is preserved.
14. How do I contact support?
